Profile Executive Search is seeking a Business Development Director for Greater China Investor Coverage & Capital Raising. You will drive fundraising, investor coverage and relationship management across Greater China, collaborating with investment, product, legal, compliance and leadership teams to execute capital-raising strategies across private market offerings.

The role requires deep knowledge of private markets, a proven track record in capital raising, and fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in asset management, alternative investments or related financial institutions.
• Proven track record in building senior-level investor relationships.
• Experience raising capital across institutional and private wealth channels.
• Strong knowledge of private markets and Greater China investor landscape.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute investor solutions and fundraising strategy across Greater China.
• Drive asset growth by originating and securing new mandates while strengthening existing relationships.
• Represent private market strategies across PE, private credit, infra, VC and alternatives to investors.
• Lead investor coverage with cross-functional teams to deliver a best-in-class client experience.
• Provide market intelligence to support product development and growth in the region.
• Represent the firm at conferences and investor events to enhance visibility and opportunities.
• Oversee preparation of marketing and client materials with strong pipeline management.
