Job summary

Scovai is seeking a Greater China Wealth Management Director based in Hong Kong to lead a high-net-worth client franchise across Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.

The role focuses on originating and managing relationships, delivering bespoke wealth solutions, and guiding a regional team while ensuring strict regulatory compliance and cross-border capabilities in a dynamic Asian market. Hybrid work model offered with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership role overseeing Greater China wealth management book and AUM growth.
• Originate and manage relationships with HNW and UHNW clients across Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
• Lead and mentor a team of relationship managers; set strategic direction for the Greater China book.
• Ensure compliance with SFC requirements and cross-border regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product offerings for the region.

Responsibilities

• Drive AUM growth and client acquisition for Greater China region.
• Oversee cross-border tax, trust structuring, and estate planning advisory.
• Partner with fintech/wealthtech to develop digital/hybrid advisory platforms.
• Lead cross-border client engagement in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
• Maintain high-quality client experience through integrated service delivery.
