Confidential is seeking a Director – Employee Engagement & Internal Communications to shape the employee experience across the full lifecycle, with a strong focus on engagement, belonging, and culture. This role leads the strategy and execution of engagement, employer branding, internal communications, and related programs to strengthen a caring culture and improve retention and advocacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 16+ years of experience in a global matrix organization.
• Strong internal communications, employer branding, and engagement program design experience.
• Proven success improving employee engagement with measurable results.
• Extensive experience leading employee engagement initiatives across regions or business units.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution skills.
• Ability to leverage employee feedback and analytics to drive improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management, including engagement with senior leaders.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead internal communications strategies that support engagement, culture, and HR priorities.
• Translate insights from surveys and focus groups into measurable actions.
• Strengthen employer brand positioning as a great place to work.
• Design scalable engagement programs across regions.
• Lead a small team and cross-functional stakeholders with clear, measurable objectives.
• Establish KPIs and reporting rhythms to track engagement trends and retention indicators.
