Confidential Search in Hong Kong seeks a Regional Senior Manager / Manager, Human Resources to serve as a strategic HR business partner for North Asia, covering talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, performance, employee relations, engagement, development, organizational effectiveness and HR operations.

The role collaborates with regional and country leaders to execute HR strategies, drive engagement, support growth, ensure compliance across jurisdictions, and lead or contribute to HR

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.
8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience for Manager level.
12+ years of HR experience with regional responsibilities for Senior Manager level.

Responsibilities

Partner with regional and country management on workforce planning, organization design and talent strategies.
Provide professional HR advisory services to support business performance and operational excellence.
Support leadership teams in managing employee relations, performance management and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
Act as a trusted advisor to managers on people-related matters.
