Job summary

Private Advertiser in Hong Kong seeks a senior HR professional to partner with management on people strategies that drive business growth. You will advise on team effectiveness, change, and leadership succession, while crafting employer branding to attract talent and improving the employee experience.

You will also lead learning programs, career paths, and company-wide events, and oversee annual HR cycles including performance reviews and salary planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related discipline.
• 8-10 years of HR generalist experience.
• Fully conversant in HR operations and HK Employment Ordinances.
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work in fast paced working environment.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Be the strategic business partner to develop and implement people strategies to support business growth
• Serve as a trusted advisor to management on team effectiveness, change management, and leadership succession.
• Develop and execute creative strategies to elevate employer brand to attract and retain talents
• Optimize the employee life-cycle to enhance the employee experience journey through HR engagement projects
• Execute and deliver learning solutions, career paths, and leadership development programs.
• Design, plan, and lead high-impact, company-wide staff events, recognition schemes, and cultural initiatives to cultivate collaborative culture
• Handle annual HR exercise including but not limited to performance management, salary and bonus review and ad hoc projects as assigned
