The role requires a proven leadership track record, deep market knowledge, and strong collaboration with Quant and IT teams to enhance platforms and algorithms. Fluency in English and Chinese is essential for client interactions and team leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in electronic sales trading with leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher; HK SFC Type 1 & 4 licenses; Type 2 advantageous.
• Deep knowledge of APAC equity markets, Stock Connect, rules and regulation.
• Proven track record in trading system implementations and algorithmic development.
• Exceptional communication; fluent in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and deepen client relationships to maximize revenue.
• Partner with Quantitative and IT teams to enhance the electronic trading platform and algorithmic products.
• Lead pre- and post-trade analysis (TCA) with clients to optimize strategies and execution.
• Oversee client and system setup, EMS integrations and adherence to best execution and compliance.
• Provide timely market intelligence and insightful research to clients.
• Mentor and develop junior and mid-level sales traders to foster excellence.
