Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking an experienced Business Process & Data owner to lead the global commercial transformation. You will shape a scalable Enterprise Template and data model covering customers, pricing, trade promotion, order-to-bill, returns, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related fields.
• At least 8 years of progressive commercial functional experience in FMCG, beverage or multi-market environments; cross-area exposure preferred.
• Commercial, customer management, revenue growth management, trade promotion, pricing, sales operations or business transformation qualifications preferred; SAP exposure advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the global Commercial process and data design within the Enterprise Template, translating strategy and market needs into a scalable operating model for customer execution, trade promotion, pricing, order-to-bill and commercial insight.
• Set and govern the global Commercial standard, applying harmonize / defer / keep-local principles to justify market exceptions and document reusable processes.
• Drive template adoption and value realization with metrics on process health, data quality, compliance, decision speed and reporting readiness.
• Own the Commercial data domain, including data definition, business rules, and KPIs to enable commercial insights and AI use cases.
• Build enterprise commercial capability by codifying design principles, sharing market best practices and preparing users for new ways of working.

Swire Coca-Cola is looking for an experienced Business Process & Data owner to join our Global Commercial Department. You will be responsible for leading Swire Coca-Cola’s commercial transformation by shaping a scalable Enterprise Template and data model for customers, pricing, trade promotion, order-to-bill, returns, claims and commercial analytics.

This aspirational commercial leadership role owns the global process and data standard, governs justified market exceptions, drives adoption and data quality, and builds a future-ready platform for insight, automation and AI-enabled ways of working in each market.

This role reports to General Manager, Digital Commercial Execution and Global Business Transformation Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the global Commercial process and data design within the Enterprise Template, translating strategy and market needs into a scalable operating model for customer execution, trade promotion, pricing, order-to-bill and commercial insight.
• Set and govern the global Commercial standard, applying clear harmonize / defer / keep-local principles so market exceptions are justified, approved, documented and reusable only where they add genuine business or regulatory value.
• Drive template adoption and value realization through clear measures for process health, exception control, data quality, compliance, decision speed and readiness of commercial reporting and analytics.
• Own the Commercial data domain, including data definition, business rules, and KPIs to enable commercial insights generation and AI use cases.
• Build enterprise commercial capability by codifying design principles, sharing market best practices, preparing users for new ways of working and developing the role as a pathway for future commercial leaders.

The Successful Applicant:

• Undergraduate bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related fields.
• At least 8 years of progressive commercial functional experience in FMCG, beverage or similar multi-market environments, with hands‑on exposure across areas such as customer/channel management, revenue growth management, pricing, trade promotion, sales operations, order management, returns/claims, commercial reporting or analytics; experience shaping common processes and ways of working across markets preferred.
• Commercial, customer management, revenue growth management, trade promotion, pricing, sales operations or business transformation qualifications preferred; SAP exposure is advantageous.
• Commercial functional exposure including customer segmentation, pricing and discounts, trade promotion management, sales execution, returns, KPIs and analytics; able to translate market commercial practices into common process and data standards; strong cross‑functional facilitation, structured decision governance and documentation discipline.
• Ability to operate and make sound decisions under ambiguity without authority.
• Strong principle‑based decision‑making skills.
• Highly skilled in leadership, analytical, project management.
• Strong stakeholder influence across Finance/IT/Market at senior executive level.
• Collaborative mindset, good communication skills, executive presentation and experience in building trustworthy relationships.
• Ability to travel on a frequent basis.
