Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Digital Capability & Innovation to build and scale digital capabilities, foster an innovation culture, and drive AI readiness across multiple markets. You will lead the Digital Capability Centre of Excellence and drive workforce transformation and capability development to enable new ways of working.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business administration or related field.
• 10+ years of capability development or strategy experience; management consulting preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, M365, Copilot and AI productivity tools.
• Strong executive writing and presentation skills.
• Experience working across Asia Pacific and global teams.

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking an experienced digital transformation leader to join our Digital & IT Department as Senior Manager, Digital Capability & Innovation.

You will be responsible for building and scaling Swire Coca-Cola's digital capabilities, innovation culture, and AI readiness across multiple markets. Leading the Digital Capability Centre of Excellence, you will drive workforce transformation, technology adoption, and capability development to enable new ways of working across the organisation.

In addition, you will drive Digital & IT strategy execution through business planning, performance management, executive communications, and leadership enablement.

This role reports to the Strategy & Operations Director.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Capability & Transformation

• Develop and drive enterprise digital and AI capability strategies across employee and leadership groups.
• Lead digital upskilling programmes, capability frameworks, and learning pathways.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to embed digital skills into talent development.
• Champion a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.
• Lead innovation initiatives including ideation campaigns, hackathons, pilots, and proof-of-concepts.
• Drive AI literacy, digital adoption, and best-practice sharing across markets.
• Partner with senior leaders to shape capability priorities and transformation agendas.
• Lead Digital & IT strategy execution, planning cycles, executive communications, and leadership messaging.
• Drive performance management through KPIs, OKRs, governance disciplines, and executive reporting.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Leadership

• Build strong partnerships across Digital & IT, business functions, and market leadership teams.
• Lead change enablement initiatives that support digital transformation and technology adoption
• Manage strategic relationships with external partners, consultants, and learning providers.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years’ experience in capability development or strategy; management consulting or internal strategy background strongly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, M365, Copilot, and AI productivity platforms.
• Highly organized and self-directed, with the judgment to prioritize competing demands and handle confidential leadership matters.
• Experience working across culturally diverse teams within Asia Pacific and global environments is preferred.
• Fluent English and Mandarin with outstanding executive writing and presentation skills.
• Flexibility to travel for business.
