Job summary

FWD Group (1828.HK) is seeking a seasoned Cloud Operations leader to drive the One Infra Strategy across multiple markets. You will consolidate cloud operations, advance automation and implement the Cloud Engineering Ops Blueprint with Operation as Code, DevOps automation and Terraform IaC.

You will mentor the cloud team, manage vendor relationships, and ensure security and cost governance while aligning Shared Services with local priorities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years IT experience with 6–8 years on cloud projects.
• Proven ability to transform cloud/infrastructure operations into automated, platform-centric models.
• Experience enabling Human-in-the-Loop AI in production operations.
• Experience in API-driven operations, event-driven automation and workflow orchestration.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end cloud operations for all Business Units under the Group Office Shared Services.
• Define SLAs/OLAs, operating cadence and performance reviews with stakeholders.
• Operationalize the Cloud Engineering Ops Blueprint: Operation as Code, DevOps Automation, Terraform IaC.
• Drive Straight-Through Service Request fulfillment via ServiceNow integration.
• Consolidate BU cloud operations into the Group Office Shared Services delivery model.
