Job summary

FWD Group is seeking a Cloud Operations Lead to manage AWS-based cloud infrastructure and drive automation across a regional hybrid environment. You will lead a team in optimizing scale, reliability, and security for business systems and 7x24 support.

The role requires strong AWS/Kubernetes experience, IaC skills with Terraform/Ansible, and collaboration with security and development teams to deliver cost-effective, resilient cloud solutions across markets.

Qualifications

Degree holder in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent with more than 6 years of relevant experience; at least 2 years in managerial level.
AWS/Azure certification preferred; solid experience in regional hybrid environments with multi-AZ and multi landing zones.

Responsibilities

Evaluate, respond to, and resolve service issues; design tools and automation to prevent recurrence.
Assist all support teams with cloud (AWS) questions and configuration.
Provide security-related settings management for cloud (AWS) environments.
Collaborate with developers, security, and project teams to maintain cloud infrastructure.
Lead automation monitoring and reporting of cloud health, performance and cost.
Implement Infrastructure as Code to improve accuracy and efficiency in operations.
