Job summary

Don Nelson Technology Limited, in partnership with NP Solution Limited, seeks a senior technical leader to oversee digital workspace platforms including Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and endpoint technologies. You will drive governance, deliver workspace infrastructure projects, and ensure platform availability and security.

You will manage incidents, mentor teams, produce documentation, and define KPIs to measure service performance across regional operations, with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
10+ years' hands-on experience in digital workspace technologies.
Strong expertise across Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Exchange, Teams, Active Directory, SharePoint, SCCM, SCOM, Intune, and related platforms.
Proven experience implementing and managing enterprise workplace technologies.
Demonstrated ability to respond effectively to business and operational requirements.
Practical and agile approach to driving technology improvements and change initiatives.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing major incidents and disaster recovery situations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
Collaborative mindset with strong teamwork and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Microsoft certifications such as MCSE or MCP are advantageous.
Experience within investment banking or regulated industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership across digital workplace platforms.
Manage workspace infrastructure projects and governance.
Support and administer M365, Azure AD, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, AD, SCCM, SCOM.
Monitor workspace environments to identify risks and improvements.
Drive innovation in technologies, support models, and business processes.
Ensure platform availability, stability, resilience, and business continuity.
Establish operational agreements with technology operations teams.
Define and track KPIs for workspace service performance.
Maintain security controls and compliance with security standards.
Assess impacts, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate service recovery.
Provide Level-3 support and participate in major incident management.
Produce detailed technical documentation and procedures.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements across regions.
