Job summary

Hong Kong Housing Society is seeking a seasoned leader to steer its digital transformation strategy and technology roadmap. You will oversee the development of the Subsidized Sales Flat Initiative Programme App and related platforms, ensuring smooth delivery across the full project lifecycle.

The role requires deep experience in mobile apps, digital ecosystems, and vendor management, with a strong focus on data analytics, cybersecurity, and customer-centric solutions to drive business growth and

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Engineering, Digital Business or related fields.
Minimum 12 years' relevant experience, incl. 6 years at managerial level.
Experience in digital transformation and platform development.
Strong track record in managing large-scale system implementations with vendors.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of the digital transformation strategy and technology roadmap.
Drive design, development and deployment of the Subsidized Sales Flat Initiative Programme App and related platforms.
Manage full project lifecycle: requirements, tendering, vendor management, SDLC, testing and deployment.
Develop customer-centric digital solutions including e-commerce, marketplace, membership, payments and loyalty.
Ensure cybersecurity, data privacy and governance compliance.
Monitor budgets, schedules and vendor performance to ensure on-time delivery.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and provide expert advice on digital initiatives.
