Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in transformation, digital BA, or product-related roles.
• Experience with loyalty programmes, mini-apps, or customer engagement platforms.
• Frontend/web or mobile application projects experience.
• Hands-on collaboration with UX/UI designers and design thinking methodologies.
• Exposure to China digital ecosystem or cross-border customer platforms.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders, Product Managers, and UX/UI designers to define and deliver digital solutions (mobile).
• Gather, document, and translate requirements into user stories, flows, and specs.
• Support end-to-end delivery across the product lifecycle from design thinking to implementation.
• Drive user journey mapping and frontend/mobile enhancements to improve customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business, design, and tech.
