Job summary

Hong Kong Housing Society seeks a senior leader to drive its digital transformation strategy, technology roadmap and innovation initiatives across platforms, including the Subsidized Sales Flat Initiative Programme App.

You will manage full project lifecycles, deliver customer-centric digital solutions, oversee data analytics and cybersecurity, and collaborate with stakeholders to advance the society's digital adoption.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 12 years of relevant experience with at least 6 years at managerial level.
Strong track record in digital transformation and large-scale platform delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of the digital transformation strategy and technology roadmap.
Oversee design, development and deployment of digital platforms and mobile apps.
Manage full project lifecycle including requirements, tendering, vendor mgmt and testing.
Develop customer-centric digital solutions such as e-commerce, membership and payments.
Ensure data analytics, cybersecurity, privacy and governance compliance.
Collaborate with stakeholders and provide strategic advice on initiatives.
