Job summary

Social Power Limited is seeking a Digital Champion in the Technology Department for a one-year secondment in Hong Kong. The role focuses on learning and promoting digital tools for business use, and supporting agents with digital features. You will visit agents' offices to resolve basic enquiries and technical issues, and collaborate with IT helpdesk to document Q&As.

Attention to detail and clear written communication are essential. Prior insurance project exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior experience not required; exposure to insurance projects is a plus.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of insurance terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn key features of digital products, specialising usage for business and leveraging information to internal users.
• Visit agents' offices to resolve basic enquiries and technical issues.
• Promote new digital tools or features to agents.
• Collect outstanding questions from agents and communicate back to IT helpdesk team to follow up.
• Document agents' questions and corresponding answers, validate QnAs with IT helpdesk team.
• Manage the roster for performing above tasks within scope.
