Job summary

Ikas International (Asia) Limited is seeking a Digital Solution Architect with AI and Microsoft expertise in Hong Kong. The role leads enterprise data platform design, governance and lifecycle execution, while piloting new tech and promoting best practices across regional markets.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in software development or architecture, deep MS tech experience (Azure, Power Platform, M365, Copilot) and strong English/Cantonese/Mandarin communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or Information Systems.
• 8+ years in software development, solution delivery or architecture.
• Solid knowledge of modern software engineering and lifecycle management.
• Hands-on with Microsoft technologies: Azure, Power Platform, M365, Copilot.
• Willingness to research and adopt innovative tools and practices.
• Trilingual in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

• Explore, evaluate, and pilot new technologies, development methodologies, and enterprise software solutions, with a strong focus on the Microsoft technology stack.
• Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies and convert innovative concepts into practical business applications that deliver measurable value.
• Develop and promote best-practice development frameworks, standards, and methodologies across multiple regional markets.
• Act as a technical advisor to local development teams, providing guidance on architecture, troubleshooting, and solution design.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in software development, solution delivery, technical innovation, application architecture, or research and development functions.
• Solid understanding of modern development practices, software engineering methodologies, system design, and application lifecycle management.
