Job summary

Sanderson-iKas is seeking a Digital Solution Architect to lead the design and governance of enterprise data platforms, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies. You will pilot new tech, translate concepts into business value, and drive best-practice frameworks across regions.

The role requires 8+ years in software development or architecture, strong stakeholder skills, and fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. You will oversee the full SDLC and guide local teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• At least 8 years in software development, solution delivery, or architecture.
• Strong understanding of modern development practices and lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies (Azure, Power Platform, M365, Copilot).

• Develop and promote best-practice development frameworks, standards, and methodologies across multiple regional markets.
• Act as a technical advisor to local development teams, providing guidance on architecture, troubleshooting, and solution design.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and Copilot-related solutions.
• Strong interest in technology trends and a proactive approach to researching and adopting innovative tools and practices.
• Trilingual communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
