Sanderson-iKas in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced AI/LLM engineer to design, deploy, and scale enterprise AI applications. You will lead projects from conception through deployment and continuous improvement, building integrations with ERP/CRM and other systems.

You will establish governance for AI use, ensure security and reliability, and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Cantonese and English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Solid experience designing and delivering AI or Generative AI solutions.
• Proven production-ready LLM-based application deployment.
• Python programming with modern AI frameworks.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation and vector DBs.
• Cloud experience: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• CI/CD, automated testing, and monitoring.
• Ownership of full project lifecycles.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.
• Fluency in Cantonese and English.

• Develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade AI applications, including agent-based solutions, knowledge retrieval platforms, and intelligent workflow automation tools.
• Lead projects from initial requirement gathering through design, development, deployment, and continuous enhancement.
• Build integrations between AI solutions and enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, databases, and other business-critical systems.
• Establish best practices around AI governance, monitoring, security, reliability, and responsible AI adoption.
• Act as a trusted advisor to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Drive user adoption by continuously refining solutions based on feedback and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Solid experience designing and delivering AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI solutions in a professional environment.


• Proven track record of deploying at least one production-ready LLM-based application or intelligent automation platform.


• Strong programming expertise in Python and experience working with modern AI frameworks, agent architectures, and LLM ecosystems.


• Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, AI orchestration tools, and API integrations.


• Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.


• Experience implementing CI/CD practices, automated testing, and application monitoring.


• Demonstrated ownership of full project lifecycles from problem identification through post-production support.


• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Fluent in Cantonese and English.
