Ikas International (Asia) Limited is seeking a hands-on AI/ML leader to design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade AI solutions. You will own full lifecycles from requirements to post-production support, building integrations with ERP, CRM, and databases.

Strong governance, security, and stakeholder communication are essential. Ideal candidates have production-ready LLM experience, Python proficiency, and fluency in Cantonese and English to collaborate across functions in a fast-paced Hong

Qualifications

• Solid experience designing and delivering AI, ML, or Generative AI solutions in a professional environment.
• Proven track record deploying production-ready LLM-based applications or intelligent automation platforms.
• Strong programming in Python with experience in modern AI frameworks, agent architectures, and LLM ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, AI orchestration tools, and API integrations.
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience implementing CI/CD practices, automated testing, and application monitoring.

• Partner with stakeholders across functions to identify AI opportunities that boost productivity and decision-making.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade AI applications including agent-based solutions and knowledge retrieval platforms.
• Lead projects from requirements gathering through design, development, deployment, and enhancement.
• Build integrations between AI solutions and ERP, CRM, databases, and other business systems.
• Establish best practices around AI governance, monitoring, security, reliability, and responsible AI adoption.
• Act as a trusted advisor to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Drive user adoption by refining solutions based on feedback and business outcomes.

• Develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade AI applications, including agent-based solutions, knowledge retrieval platforms, and intelligent workflow automation tools.
• Lead projects from initial requirement gathering through design, development, deployment, and continuous enhancement.
• Build integrations between AI solutions and enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, databases, and other business-critical systems.
• Establish best practices around AI governance, monitoring, security, reliability, and responsible AI adoption.
• Act as a trusted advisor to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Drive user adoption by continuously refining solutions based on feedback and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Solid experience designing and delivering AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI solutions in a professional environment.
• Proven track record of deploying at least one production-ready LLM-based application or intelligent automation platform.
• Strong programming expertise in Python and experience working with modern AI frameworks, agent architectures, and LLM ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, AI orchestration tools, and API integrations.
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience implementing CI/CD practices, automated testing, and application monitoring.
• Demonstrated ownership of full project lifecycles from problem identification through post-production support.
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English.
