Job summary
SCMP Hearst Hong Kong is seeking a Digital Product/Technical Team specialist to help manage the development and operations of our digital magazines’ properties. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on ad solutions and products, ensuring on-time delivery across platforms and campaigns.
You should bring at least 1 year of relevant experience in product development or project management, familiarity with GA4, CMS platforms, and strong English and Traditional Chinese
Qualifications
- University graduate or equivalent in digital related discipline with minimum 1 years’ operation experience in product development and project management.
- Knowledge of digital product development, website management, UX design and quality assurance.
- Proficient in Google Suite, GA4, Looker Studio, Figma and CMS solutions (WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, Ibexa, etc.).
- Experience with Generative AI is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Manage digital product development and operation covering on-platform, campaign sites, advertising products, email marketing and other digital products.
- Manage all phases of the project development to ensure on time project delivery, by working with other functional units to meet with projects’ needs.
- Work closely with different internal teams to manage smooth operation of digital content publishing and digital advertising.
- Monitor and evaluate product and campaign performance.
- Support daily digital operational tasks and response to inquiries from internal users.
