Job summary

South China Morning Post in Hong Kong seeks a Digital Product and Projects professional to drive development and operations for on-platform and ad solutions. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver campaigns, manage content publishing, and evaluate performance, with strong attention to detail and bilingual communication.

The role requires 1+ year experience in digital product development or project management and proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio, Figma, and CMS platforms.

Qualifications

• University graduate or equivalent in digital related discipline with minimum 1 years' operation experience in product development and project management.
• Knowledge of digital product development, website management, UX design and quality assurance.
• Experience with GA4, Looker Studio, Figma and CMS solutions.
• Nice to have experience with Gen AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital product development and operation covering on-platform, campaign sites, advertising products, email marketing and other digital products.
• Manage all phases of the project development to ensure on time project delivery, by working with other functional units to meet with projects' needs.
• Work closely with different internal teams to manage smooth operation of digital content publishing and digital advertising.
• Monitor and evaluate product and campaign performance.
• Support daily digital operational tasks and response to inquiries from internal users.
