Hong Kong Job Consulting is seeking an Assistant Digital Marketing & Communications Manager for a Banking client in Hong Kong. You will support the bank's digital marketing and acquisition strategies, craft content, manage campaigns across channels, and coordinate with agencies.

You will oversee social media, digital campaigns, SEO/SEM, and PR activities, ensuring alignment with budgets and KPIs. Fluency in English and Chinese, strong analytical and planning skills, and the ability to work under

Qualifications

• Degree or above in a relevant field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant digital marketing, social media, advertising or PR experience; banking/financial services experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute marketing communications campaigns for digital channels and retail banking products/services.
• Support growth of the bank's digital and social media strategy and presence (SEO, SEM, Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, LinkedIn).
• Manage and coordinate the bank's social media content strategy.
• Coordinate with digital/creative agencies on campaigns, media placement and production.
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to assess ROI on digital channels.
• Ensure quality execution of marketing initiatives within budgets and KPIs.

A reputable local Bankin Hong Kong is looking for a talent to support the Bank’s digital marketingand digital acquisition strategy on marketing communications, social media strategyand content, retail banking’s marketing and PR campaigns including segments,products, services and channels, and to manage effective allocation ofresources and budgets.

Responsibilities

• To help develop and execute effective marketing communications campaigns for the Bank's digital marketing channel as well as other digital-heavy retail banking products and services, including but not limited to ATL and BTL promotions, PR promotions, digital/ social media marketing, POP displays, events and sponsorships, etc
• To support the growth and performance of the Bank’s overall digital and social media strategy and presence, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, Facebook, lnstagram, WeChat, Linked In, KOL/ affiliate resources, etc
• To manage and coordinate the Bank's social media content strategy
• To liaise with and manage performance of the Bank's digital agency resources
• To liaise with creative agencies and other external parties on digital creative development, media placement and production for branding and marketing campaigns
• To support and coordinate tracking, analysis and reporting of performance metrics in order to assess marketing ROI on digital channels
• To ensure quality execution of all assigned marketing communications/ digital marketing initiatives within allocated budgets and in line with business targets and KPls
• To compile digital and social media marketing benchmarking trend analyses

Requirements

• Degree or above with major in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related disciplines
• *Minimum 7 years of relevant experience* in digital marketing, social media, advertising and/or PR ; banking and financial services experience will be a strong advantage
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese
• Self-motivated with strong analytical and planning skills
• Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and work under pressure to meet tight schedule
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
