Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 6-8+ years in digital marketing, digital product, or web management.
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries preferred.
• Proficient with Adobe Marketing Cloud and HTML knowledge.
• Proven lead generation and e-commerce campaign success.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital marketing and lead generation initiatives from requirements to launch and optimization.
• Coordinate with Marketing, IT, Transformation, Compliance, Operations, and Analytics.
• Manage SunLife.com.hk content, performance, and user experience.
• Drive organic growth via SEO and GEO, monitor traffic and rankings.
• Plan and optimize paid and organic campaigns for ROI.
• Collaborate with agencies, products, brand, and CX teams to align priorities.
