CHANEL in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Manager for Digital and Data Solutions to lead the governance, strategy, and execution of client-centric digital capabilities across three business divisions. You will shape roadmaps, sponsor data transformation, and drive omni-channel activation with a focus on data-driven decision making.
You will coach a multidisciplinary team, collaborate with regional partners, and ensure governance, data governance, and platform alignment to deliver measurable business
Competenze
- Proven track record in shaping digital and data strategy at scale.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across analytics, activation, and digital products.
- Strong governance, data literacy, and transformation capabilities.
Mansioni
- Define and evolve HKMO Digital & Data operating model.
- Drive end-to-end digital and data strategy across three business divisions.
- Oversee activation via CRM, marketing automation, and omnichannel experiences.
- Lead product management for digital channels (WhatsApp, WeChat, etc.).
- Partner with regional/global teams to align roadmaps and governance.
