Job summary

Nexus Global Pty Limited seeks a Senior Project Manager to bridge executive vision and delivery for enterprise data initiatives in Hong Kong. You will influence C-level decisions, shape data strategy, and lead cross-functional programs that align with business growth and governance standards.

You will translate complex data concepts into actionable roadmaps, collaborate with data architects, engineers, and business teams, and drive organizational change to foster a data-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 15 years of project/program management experience with a strong focus on data or analytics initiatives.
• Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional projects in large organizations.
• Experience engaging and influencing C-level stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of data platforms (data lakes, data warehouses, cloud analytics).
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to C-level executives influencing decisions on data investment prioritization and roadmap sequencing.
• Proactively shape executive thinking by framing data initiatives in terms of business outcomes, revenue, risk and cost efficiency.
• Drive alignment across competing executive agendas, resolving conflicts and establishing a unified data direction.
• Lead executive-level conversations, steering committees and governance forums with confidence and authority.
• Translate technical data concepts into clear, compelling narratives for nontechnical leadership.
• Anticipate stakeholder concerns and navigate organizational dynamics to maintain momentum.
• Build long-term trust with senior leaders, becoming a go-to advisor on data-driven transformation.
