Job summary

Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking a customer service role based at Sha Tin Racecourse. You will respond to inquiries via email or live chat and support the public with information, issue resolution and guidance.

The role operates on shifts including day and night race meeting days, weekends and public holidays. The position requires strong multitasking and excellent communication in Chinese and English, with typing speeds meeting the listed targets.

Qualifications

• DSE / HKCEE or above.
• Strong multitasking abilities; self-motivated, adaptable, and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Typing speeds: English 50 wpm, Chinese 20 wpm with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via email or live chat.
• Conduct feedback investigations and collaborate to provide timely responses across channels.
• Provide accurate and efficient responses using extensive product knowledge.
• Assist customers in resolving issues, troubleshooting, and providing product guidance.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
