Job summary

Global Sports Jobs Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a cashier-oriented role within the Catering Department to support daily operations across multiple Clubhouses and catering facilities at Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourses.

You will assist with restocking shelves, inventory management, and provide product information while handling guest enquiries and complaints with a high level of service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in cashier and related operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties to support daily operations.
• Ensure the servicing area is in good condition to receive guests.
• Maintain the workspace in a clean and hygienic condition in compliance with the Club's policies and standards.
• Deliver customer services and provide support in handling enquiries, requests, and complaints.
• Restock shelves, assist with inventory management, and provide product information.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by a supervisor.

About the Role

The role supports daily catering operations by performing cashier duties, maintaining service areas and workspaces, and delivering customer service. It sits within the Catering Department, which manages one of the largest and most diverse catering operations in Hong Kong across three Clubhouses and catering facilities at Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourses. The post-holder assists with restocking shelves, inventory management, and product information, and handles enquiries, requests, and complaints from guests. Additional related duties may be assigned by a supervisor.
