Morgan Mckinley Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Digital Banking - Business Analyst on a contract basis up to 40k to partner with branch network teams, product owners, and channel specialists to map user journeys and document clear BRDs and user stories.

Treasuring experience in Retail Banking, you will own UAT cycles, drive defect triage with IT and external vendors, and lead change enablement including cutover and user training to ensure a smooth rollout.

Qualifikationen

• 2-4+ years of Business Analyst experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Experience with digital platforms (Retail Mobile Apps, Internet Banking, e-Onboarding journeys, or FPS) preferred.
• Strong UAT planning, defect tracking, and stakeholder sign-off experience.
• Fluent in English; Cantonese required; Mandarin a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead stakeholder engagement to capture user friction and craft functional specifications.
• Design and execute UAT plans, edge-case testing, and coordinate defect triage with vendors and IT teams.
• Drive change enablement activities including cutover planning, user training, and post go-live support.
• Communicate effectively across business and IT, leading cross-department workshops.
