Seamatch Asia Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Banking Business Analyst / Project Management professional to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is based in the Central and Western District and offers exposure to banking technology and project management, with opportunities to learn and contribute to meaningful initiatives.

You will bridge business stakeholders and IT, gather requirements, coordinate UAT, work with Front to Back Office teams, and supervise vendors to ensure on-time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance or related.
• Fresh graduate or early-career with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Proficient in Java/C++, SQL, Unix Shell script.
• Good command of Chinese and English; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements from banking stakeholders to inform project scope and objectives.
• Work closely with Front Office to Back Office stakeholders, ITs and Vendors.
• Prepare User Acceptance Test (UAT) plans and coordinate overall UAT.
• Conduct Data and Issues Analysis and/or Account Posting Analysis for FX, MM, Precious Metal.
• Assist in project management and implementation.
• Fresh talent will provide training.
• Perform and facilitate user requirement gathering, analyze user requirements and recommend best practice solutions.
• Conduct system design, impact analysis, effort estimation and detail design work.
• Participate in system development and System Integration Test (SIT), and support User Acceptance Testings (UAT).
• Supervise and coordinate external vendors to complete projects on time, and ensure quality of deliverables.
