Job summary

Morgan Mckinley Limited is hiring a Digital Banking - UAT Tester to validate end-to-end digital banking journeys across mobile and web apps in a fast-paced FinTech environment. You will design, execute, and maintain test cases for eKYC, payments, transfers, and security flows, perform API testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum setup.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of software testing or QA experience, ideally within digital banking or FinTech.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and bug-tracking suites (Jira, Confluence, TestRail).
• Experience with web and mobile app testing and API testing tools (Postman, REST APIs).
• Basic knowledge of test automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium, Cypress) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, write, and execute end-to-end and UAT test cases for mobile and web banking apps.
• Identify, log, and track bugs; collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure resolution.
• Validate critical digital banking journeys (eKYC, FPS/RTGS, transfers, cross-border payments).
• Conduct API testing and verify back-end integrations between front-end and core banking systems.
