Job summary

Michael Page in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced UAT Tester/Lead to ensure quality across Commercial Lending and Business Internet Banking platforms. You will design and execute test cases for digital channels (web, mobile, online portals, and WeChat), and collaborate with IT, vendors, and business units to drive clean releases.

The role requires a min of 3 years in UAT or test leadership, strong knowledge of banking workflows, Agile delivery, and fluent English with Cantonese and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or CS or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of UAT, system testing, or test lead experience.
• Experience testing Commercial Banking products and digital channels.
• Hands-on with Agile project delivery methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Good knowledge of testing processes, defect management and sign-off.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and execute UAT test cases for Commercial Lending and Business Internet Banking.
• Test across digital channels: web, mobile, portals, WeChat.
• Support UAT strategies, test plans, and documentation.
• Log, track, and report testing results with IT and vendors.
• Participate in UAT review meetings and prioritization decisions.
• Coordinate with business, IT and external vendors throughout testing.
• Support production release verification, including weekend deployments.
• Test production incident fixes and system enhancements.
• Provide regular status updates and prepare UAT sign-off.
• Maintain accurate testing records, evidence and audit documentation.
