Job summary

nahc.io is seeking a hands-on Operations Leader in Hong Kong to drive the trade lifecycle, digital asset operations, and reconciliations. You will work with trading, technology, compliance, and the COO team to ensure accurate records and scalable processes in a fast-paced crypto environment.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of hedge fund or crypto ops experience, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple streams while maintaining clear communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute wallet management workflows across custody solutions and monitor staking, bridging, and smart contracts.
• Own end-to-end trade lifecycle processes: capture, margin tracking, collateral monitoring, settlements, reconciliations.
• Maintain data accuracy across fund admin, prime broker, and custody partners; flag discrepancies.
• Own internal dashboards, reporting, and procedure docs; support security processes and COO escalation.
• Coordinate core business operations including compliance and vendor coordination across teams.
• Track operational KPIs, drive process improvements and support tech platform implementations.

Job description

This is a hands-on operations role at a crypto-native hedge fund, where the markets never stop and operational workflows run around the clock. You will be a core part of the team executing the trade lifecycle, digital asset operations, reconciliations, and more, reporting into the COO team and partnering daily with trading, technology, and compliance. The work suits someone who finds disorder genuinely uncomfortable, notices the discrepancy nobody else caught, and takes pride in getting the details right. Beyond keeping records accurate across fund admin, prime broker, and custody partners, you will spot inefficiencies and drive the process improvement and automation that lets operations scale as the firm grows.

What You'll Do

• Execute wallet management workflows across hot, cold, and MPC custody solutions, and monitor and document staking, bridging, and smart contract interactions daily
• Own trade lifecycle processes end to end: trade capture, margin tracking, collateral monitoring, settlements, and daily reconciliation across counterparties and custody partners
• Maintain data accuracy across fund admin, prime broker, and custody partners, and push back when something does not add up or reconcile cleanly against source records
• Own internal dashboards, operational reporting, and procedure documentation, and support operational security processes, escalating issues to the COO team as needed
• Coordinate core business operations, including compliance procedures and vendor coordination, while keeping workflows moving between research, trading, compliance, and technology teams
• Track and report on operational KPIs and process metrics, drive process improvement and automation, and support technology platform implementation and business continuity testing

• 5–7 years in operations at a hedge fund, proprietary trading firm, or crypto financial services business

Bonus Skills

• Direct digital asset operations experience, including custody, settlements, staking, and DeFi workflows
