Not Another Headhunting Company in Hong Kong is seeking a hands-on operations professional to join a crypto-native hedge fund. You will execute the trade lifecycle, oversee digital asset operations, reconciliations, and collaborate daily with the COO, trading, technology, and compliance teams.

• Strong communicator who is clear, direct, and proactive across cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable operating in high-stakes, 24/7 market environments where things move quickly and priorities shift without notice.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Execute wallet management workflows across hot, cold, and MPC custody solutions, and monitor and document staking, bridging, and smart contract interactions daily.
• Own trade lifecycle processes end to end: trade capture, margin tracking, collateral monitoring, settlements, and daily reconciliation across counterparties and custody partners.
• Maintain data accuracy across fund admin, prime broker, and custody partners, and push back when something does not add up or reconcile cleanly against source records.
• Own internal dashboards, operational reporting, and procedure documentation, and support operational security processes, escalating issues to the COO team as needed.
• Coordinate core business operations, including compliance procedures and vendor coordination, while keeping workflows moving between research, trading, compliance, and technology teams.
• Track and report on operational KPIs and process metrics, drive process improvement and automation, and support technology platform implementation and business continuity testing.
