The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of merchandising experience, is detail-oriented, pro-active, with strong MS Office skills and excellent Cantonese and English

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of merchandising experience.
• Highly detail-oriented, pro-active, self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Zoom.
• Excellent Cantonese and English communication (written and spoken).
• Good interpersonal skills and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day merchandising duties, including handling orders from quotation to shipment.
• Responsible for order follow up to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support the team in project coordination from production to delivery.
• Maintain close contact with customers and factories.
• Able to work independently.
