Job summary
Hong Kong Housing Society invites a seasoned Deputy Senior Manager to lead digital transformation strategies and deliver the SSF Initiative Programme APP platform and related digital systems. You will drive the entire project lifecycle from requirements to deployment, ensuring a customer-centric UX/UI and scalable solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
- Master’s in Technology Management/IS/MBA would be an advantage.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master or related qualifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute digital transformation strategies and roadmaps.
- Identify technologies and innovations suitable for HKHS.
- Lead design, development and implementation of SSF Initiative Programme APP platform and digital systems.
- Oversee project life cycle: requirements, tendering, development, testing, deployment and enhancements.
- Ensure high-quality UX/UI and customer-centric platform design.
- Coordinate with IT vendors and external partners; prepare tenders and evaluate proposals.
- Establish data analytics, reporting, cybersecurity, and data governance.
