Bank of Communications (Hong Kong) Limited seeks a senior professional to lead SME business teams, identifying client needs and shaping marketing strategies to hit revenue targets. The role involves managing Business Services Managers to originate and grow key client relationships with a focus on SME banking.

The ideal candidate holds a business degree, 10 years in banking (5 in management), and relevant regulatory examinations under the SFO for Type 1 & 4 activities.

Formación

• Bachelor level degree or higher in Business Administration or related fields.
• At least 10 years in banking, in Commercial Banking or SME, with 5 years in a managerial role.
• Regulatory exams under the SFO for Regulated Activities Type 1 & 4 are required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead teams to develop and launch SME business plans.
• Identify clients’ needs and formulate marketing strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Manage teams of Business Services Managers to identify, originate, develop and maintain client relationships.
