Springer Professional Group Limited is seeking an experienced Deputy Head to join the SME Banking team for business expansion in Hong Kong. The role involves formulating strategies to serve SME clients in Mainland China and Hong Kong, and leading strategic initiatives across markets.

You will guide the Product Department, drive market expansion, and collaborate with various units to deliver customer-centric solutions, pricing, and service standards.

Qualifications

• University graduate in Banking, Finance or related disciplines.
• 8–10 years in Commercial Banking, with 3–5 years in senior management.
• Experience in Mainland banking preferred.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Putonghua a plus.
• Strategic thinker with ability to translate strategy into actionable platform roadmap.

• Architect overall SME business strategic plan and expand market.
• Provide guidance to Product Department teams to achieve business goals.
