Qualifications

• Recognized Professional Qualification of HKIE / CIBSE or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager on managing Property Projects Team.
• Responsible for correspondence within inter-department parties related to Property Projects.
• Oversee all ongoing property projects ensuring they meet timeline, budgets, and quality.
• Conduct feasibility studies to support land acquisition.
• Advise on technical aspects of construction and land acquisition feasibility.
• Act as E&M-in-charge for ongoing projects.

Job description

Deputy General Manager - Property Projects

Assist General Manager on managing Property Projects Team, including manpower resources planning, recruitment, budgeting and other team operations.

Responsible for all the correspondence within inter-department parties in relation to Property Projects matters.

Oversee all the on-going property projects and ensure the projects meet timeline, budgets and quality.

Facilitate project implementation and management, including complete feasibility studies, and participate in design workshops.

Advise General Manager on technical aspects of construction implementation for all on-going property projects.

Conduct feasibility studies to support land acquisition for potential development or re-development projects.

Be the E&M-in-charge for all on-going property projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related disciplines;
• Minimum 20 years in engineering design and project management in new-build and/or A&A works;
• Experience with property developer(s) is an advantage;
• Proven experience in sizable high-end residential / commercial projects is highly preferred;
• Recognized Professional Qualification of HKIE / CIBSE or equivalent;
• Highly proficient in Cantonese, Putonghua and English;
• Good project management, communication and supervisory skills to coordinate and monitor projects;
• Good leadership skills, able to work independently and under pressure;
• Excellent problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills.
