Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Project Management, or related disciplines.
• At least 2–4 years of relevant experience in securities operations, post-trade services, or similar regulated environments.
• Experience with business transformation, process improvement, or system implementation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of strategic Depository initiatives including business analysis, requirement gathering, testing coordination, implementation and post-launch support.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, market participants, issuers, share registrars, vendors and regulators to facilitate project execution and business change activities.
• Support the development and implementation of new operational processes including fee-related processes, market reforms and product enhancements.
• Support cross-asset class and emerging business opportunities through implementation, operational readiness, post-launch BAU support and control framework development.
• Perform impact assessments, process reviews, and business analysis to support the introduction of new products, services, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive modernization initiatives through process reengineering, digitization, automation, AI adoption and operational excellence projects.
