Job summary

AEON Stores (Hong Kong) Company Limited is seeking a Department Manager/Store Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the team and drive profitability. You will train staff, manage rosters and ensure excellent customer service while achieving sales targets and operational efficiency.

The role requires a Diploma in Management or related discipline and at least 5 years of managerial experience in retail. Proactive leadership and bilingual communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder or above in Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 5 years or above solid managerial experience in retail chain/ department store.
• Strong leadership, agile, result-driven, energetic skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, independent and able to perform multitasks under pressure.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for shop's daily operations, staff management and department/shop profitability.
• Lead and train the team to deliver high quality customer service and achieve sales targets, KPIs and operations efficiency.
• Plan and manage rosters to ensure sufficient products and manpower.
• Formulate, execute and review SOPs; monitor quality and execution effectiveness at the department/shop.
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.

Formulate, execute and regularly review Standard Operating Procedures, monitor and keep close control on quality of the Department / Shop and ensure the execution effectiveness；

Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements
