This is a strategic role combining Data Science leadership, commercial thinking, and people management. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their challenges, identify where AI and Machine Learning can create value, and translate those opportunities into practical, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Data Scientists

Work with business stakeholders to identify high-value AI and analytics opportunities

Translate business problems into clear Data Science approaches and success metrics

Provide technical direction across Machine Learning, statistical modelling, optimization, and GenAI

Review solution designs and challenge modelling assumptions and approaches

What We’re Looking For

Strong background in Data Science, Machine Learning, and statistical modelling

Previous hands-on experience developing and delivering ML/AI solutions

Strong technical judgement and ability to guide and challenge Data Scientists

Strong commercial or consulting mindset, with the ability to connect AI solutions to measurable business outcomes

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills

Proactive, independent, and comfortable challenging requirements and proposing solutions

Cantonese and English communication
