Job summary

Ambition seeks a seasoned analytics program manager to lead data and BI initiatives across the region. You will create and execute comprehensive project plans, manage cross-workstream dependencies, and mitigate risks while aligning retail operations, data engineering, and front-end BI teams.

You will oversee POS and BI data flows, enable self-service analytics for business users, and translate complex data concepts into clear messages for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience leading medium-to-large data, analytics, or enterprise system projects.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines and semantic models.
• Proficiency with project management tools and collaboration platforms.
• Demonstrated ownership and proactive problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Program & Project Governance: create and execute comprehensive project plans, track cross-workstream dependencies, identify key risks, and establish proactive mitigation strategies.
• POS & BI Oversight: oversee core technical and analytical deliverables, ensure data flows from the new POS into semantic models and dashboards.
• Self-Service BI Enablement: drive end-user enablement to empower business teams to self-serve analytics post-launch.
• Executive Stakeholder Management: translate complex data concepts into clear, high-impact messages for senior leadership across the region.
• Cross-Functional Ownership: take accountability for milestones, ensuring alignment between retail operations, data engineering, and front-end BI teams.
