Job summary

Ambition seeks a seasoned analytics program manager to lead data and BI initiatives across the region. You will create and execute comprehensive project plans, manage cross-workstream dependencies, and mitigate risks while aligning retail operations, data engineering, and front-end BI teams.

You will oversee POS and BI data flows, enable self-service analytics for business users, and translate complex data concepts into clear messages for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience leading medium-to-large data, analytics, or enterprise system projects.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines and semantic models.
• Proficiency with project management tools and collaboration platforms.

• Executive Stakeholder Management: Translate complex data concepts into clear, high-impact messages for senior leadership and business unit leads across the region.
• Cross-Functional Ownership: Take complete accountability for program milestones, ensuring alignment between retail operations, data engineering, and front-end BI teams.

Key Requirements

• Project Management Experience: Proven track record leading medium-to-large data, analytics, or enterprise system implementation projects.
• Data Domain Mastery: Strong functional understanding of data pipelines, semantic model architecture, and Self-Service BI (SSBI) delivery frameworks.
• Tools & Frameworks: Proficiency in modern project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Gantt charts, RAID logs).
• Behavioral Strengths: Highly self-driven with exceptional ownership, proactive problem-solving abilities, and strong articulation skills.
