Job summary

AmbTech is seeking a Regional Data Project Manager/Business Analyst (6-10 years) to bridge business and data teams in a consulting setting. You will lead data-driven initiatives, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of complex data solutions.

Responsibilities include discovery workshops, requirements documents, BRDs/FRDs, data maps, and end-to-end project governance. Strong SQL, Power BI, Excel skills and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in business analysis and project management, preferably in consulting or client-facing roles.
• Excellent written and verbal English communications; able to handle senior stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments to deliver projects.
• Proficiency in SQL and analytics tools such as Power BI or Excel.
• Understanding data ecosystems: quality, pipelines, warehousing, reporting.
• Structured problem-solver with strong analytical and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders, data teams and technology partners.
• Conduct discovery workshops and develop actionable plans for data initiatives.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize processes.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and data maps.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles and ensure timely delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams and oversee governance and risk.
