Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group in Hong Kong is seeking a Manager, Data Analytics & Digital Transformation to lead our data strategy, governance, analytics, and automation initiatives. You will partner with business leaders to deliver insights, scalable reporting, and data-driven decisions across the organization.

You will drive data quality, build Power BI data models, guide AI initiatives, and oversee ERP integrations while managing external vendors and enabling data-driven decision-making across

Qualifications

• 8+ years in BI, data analytics, data management, or digital transformation.
• Strong SQL, data modelling, and Power BI skills.
• Experience with data governance frameworks and KPI standards.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain enterprise data governance standards, KPI definitions, and reporting frameworks.

My client is a a global leader in travelling indutry. As we accelerate our digital transformation journey, we are seeking a data-driven leader to help shape our enterprise analytics, reporting, automation, and AI capabilities.

As Manager, Data & Digital Transformation, you will lead company's data strategy, governance, business intelligence, and digital transformation initiatives. You will work closely with business leaders to deliver data-driven insights, scalable reporting solutions, process automation, and technology improvements that support business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain enterprise data governance standards, KPI definitions, and reporting frameworks.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility across the organization.
• Advise management on data and digital transformation priorities.
• Translate business requirements into dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related discipline.
• 8+ years' experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Management, or Digital Transformation.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SQL, data modelling, and Power BI (DAX, dashboards, performance optimization).
• Experience establishing data governance frameworks and KPI standards.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Power Platform, automation tools, and AI solutions is beneficial.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Commercially minded, proactive, and results-oriented
