Job summary

Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Branch invites energetic IT support professionals to join our data center operations. You will handle system support, migration tasks, batch job execution and ongoing facility monitoring, ensuring timely alerts and responses.

Fresh graduates are welcome; night shifts are required. Prior experience with Windows/Linux and MS Office is preferred, with Putonghua an asset. Our HK branch emphasizes career growth and reliable banking services.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows and Linux environments providing IT support.
• Ability to monitor console messages and respond to system alerts.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN concepts and network hardware preferred.

• Provide system support, application migration, and handle batch jobs.
• Monitor data center facilities and perform infrastructure monitoring and alert follow-ups.
• Record and report hardware/software failures and maintain operation documentation.

Job description

Provide system support, application migration, handle batch job, system backup, server and facilities monitor.

Participate and monitor the change implementation related to Data Center Facility Management.

Perform Infrastructure monitoring and alerts follow up.

Record and report hardware and software failures.

Revise and update operation documentation.

Requirements:

Working experience in handling MS Windows/Linux, MS Office applications, and IT support

Hands-on experience in monitoring console messages and online systems as well as handling system alerts and reported problems

Understanding of LAN/WAN and network equipment is preferred

Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills, Putonghua speaking an asset.
