Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is seeking a Data Center Facilities Operator to manage daily operations, monitor critical infrastructure, and coordinate maintenance with vendors. You will respond to incidents, ensure safety compliance, and support capacity planning with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates will have strong data center experience, knowledge of power/cooling/UPS/BMS, and bilingual communication in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Experience managing daily Data Center facility operations.
• Strong knowledge of power, cooling, UPS, generators, and BMS/DCIM.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with vendors.
• Fluent in English and Chinese with good reporting skills.
• Ability to identify and implement operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Data Center facility operations to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Monitor critical infrastructure and perform routine maintenance planning.
• Coordinate maintenance with vendors and service providers to meet SLAs.
• Respond to incidents, troubleshoot, and drive timely resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams on projects and capacity planning.
• Prepare operational reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.
