Job summary

Homison Solutions Limited is seeking an IT network professional to implement and support network infrastructure primarily in data centers. You will deliver, install and test devices at client sites, collaborating with the deployment team to ensure smooth network implementations.

The role requires at least 1 year of IT network/system admin experience, proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), and willingness to work shifts and travel to Mainland China or overseas.

Qualifications

• 1 year solid experience in IT network / system administration & support.
• Experience in working at data centers.
• Good command in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Willing to perform shift and overnight duty.
• Mainland China and overseas travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Implement network installations and deliver, set up & install devices at client sites (data centers).
• Work with deployment team to execute network implementations.
• Conduct site preparation, equipment staging, installation, network acceptance tests and project documentation upon completion.
• Projects implementation and identify, resolve and communicate issues to customers and internal parties.
• Remote hand support for level 2 support team.
