Job summary

Headshot Recruitment Limited is seeking an APM/Project Manager (Electrical / E&M) for data centre and new-build projects in Hong Kong. The role is full-time and based in Hong Kong, with SEA market exposure and a focus on delivering complex E&M works.

The candidate should have 5–10 years' E&M experience, strong PM skills, and be familiar with local codes and safety standards. A discretionary bonus is available, and the position offers growth within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in the E&M engineering field.
• Proven track record of delivering new-build or modification works.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical and E&M systems, equipment, and installation practices.
• Familiarity with local codes, regulations, and safety standards related to electrical and E&M works.
• Effective communication, vendor management and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple E&M projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of project activities to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to define project requirements and manage expectations.
• Identify and mitigate risks, and proactively address any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and report on project progress, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the design team to review and optimise technical specifications.
• Ensure projects comply with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
