Job summary

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of relevant experience, preferably with site-based exposure, and a recognized degree in a relevant discipline. Strong leadership, communication skills, and knowledge of Hong Kong's local authority processes are essential. Experience in Data Centre projects is preferred. Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with practical site-based experience.
• Strong understanding of Hong Kong local authority process.
• Member of CIBSE/IMechE/HKIE/RPE is highly preferred.
